4. The Property could have been bought through a trust with Lerato and any Kids she would have as beneficiaries and Thami as a Trustee, which makes Lerato the owner,
5. The property could have been registered in Lerato's name but leased to Thami and associates due to Lerato's hectic work schedule,
6. The property could have belonged to Thami and associates in the first place and the transfer to Lerato could be in process,
The above 6 scenarios are a clear indication that no one is competent to make a conclusion, only Lerato and Thami can provide you with the information.
