I used to see. Our homes are a reflection of who we are. The curb appeal from the street that reaches up to the front will reflect or reject the statement " *You are welcome here* " whether you have a condor, villa, apartment, mobile home , or a residential home, you can create an impressive, "Come in and enjoy a cup of tea". I have a friend who lives up three flights of stairs and at her front door she has wreath, which she changes for each session. When you approach her apartment you feel welcomed.
What dis have to do with manners? Manners begin at the front door and then extend into the home, where they are taught, modeled, and expressed. The pleasing home is not measured by perfection, it's measured by the foundation of gracious style you've laid. Our homes should be neat with a swept side walk leading to the front door.
