What you’ll do
• Own performance analytics across key channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Email, Web + more)
• Report on paid + organic: reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV + funnel conversions
• Build and maintain dashboards + reporting that show what’s working (and what isn’t)
• Create benchmarks by channel, campaign, audience + creative to guide strategy
• Translate insights into practical recommendations for marketing, creative + e-commerce teams
• Support testing (A/B, creative, landing pages) and measure impact
• Ensure tracking accuracy (pixels, tags, UTMs, events) with internal/external partners
• Present performance reviews: wins, risks, and next steps

What you bring
• 2–4+ years as a Marketing/Data/Performance Analyst (marketing or digital-first preferred)

About Red September

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who lives at the intersection of data, marketing, and media performance – someone who can translate numbers into clear actions for the team.

What you’ll do

✅ Own platform performance analytics across all key channels (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Email, Web, etc.).

✅ Measure and report on paid and organic media performance, including reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics.

✅ Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the team a clear view of what’s working and what’s not.

✅ Develop and update performance benchmarks (channel, campaign, audience, creative) to guide our media and content strategy.

✅ Turn complex marketing data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for marketing, creative, and e‑commerce teams.

✅ Support testing & experimentation (A/B tests, creative tests, landing page tests) and evaluate impact on performance.

✅ Ensure data quality and tracking accuracy (pixels, tags, UTM structures, event tracking) in collaboration with internal and external partners.

✅ Provide regular performance reviews and insights presentations to stakeholders, highlighting wins, risks, and next steps.

What you bring

✔️ Experience as a Data Analyst / Marketing Analyst / Performance Analyst (ideally 2–4+ years in a marketing, e‑commerce, or digital-first environment).

✔️ Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

✔️ Solid knowledge of marketing and data analytics: funnels, attribution, incrementality, cohort analysis, and campaign performance measurement.

✔️ Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics/GA4, marketing platforms’ analytics, and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).

✔️ Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or Python/R for data analysis is a plus.

✔️ Ability to create benchmarks and performance frameworks for paid and organic media and use them to guide decisions.

✔️ Strong communication skills – you can clearly explain what the data says and what we should do next.

✔️ Detail‑oriented, curious, and proactive – you don’t just report numbers; you look for opportunities and challenge assumptions.

Our Story

Traditionally Born, Digitally Raised, Growth Focused.

Red September started in 2011 as a 2-man band advertising agency that worked out of a garage. We had no clients, funding or any support – we only had our creative minds and ideas. We started small by running ad campaigns for small businesses and by 2012 we picked up our first big client (who is still with us today). We got known as a small advertising agency that excelled in above-the-line creative and media planning. Before we knew it, we employed a small team and we moved into our own offices. In 2013, we started our development and digital marketing teams to keep ahead of the times as digital marketing developed and grew. As time went by our agency got bigger, with more clients, staff and capability. We started doing work in neighbouring countries and far-away places. We continued to invest in great people and technology that took our multi-disciplinary skillset further. By the end of 2016 we had employed 33 full-time staff members and had attracted various clients that used us as their integrated advertising and marketing partner. In 2018, we took a pause to see where we are and where we should be going and through months of meetings and sessions we decided to position ourselves as a Growth Marketing Firm - a firm that is completely dedicated to grow their clients’ business through everything we do. We ignore vanity metrics, we avoid meaningless stats and we only focus on true KPIs that ensure true marketing growth.
