We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who lives at the intersection of data, marketing, and media performance – someone who can translate numbers into clear actions for the team.
What you’ll do
✅ Own platform performance analytics across all key channels (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Email, Web, etc.).
✅ Measure and report on paid and organic media performance, including reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics.
✅ Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the team a clear view of what’s working and what’s not.
✅ Develop and update performance benchmarks (channel, campaign, audience, creative) to guide our media and content strategy.
✅ Turn complex marketing data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for marketing, creative, and e‑commerce teams.
✅ Support testing & experimentation (A/B tests, creative tests, landing page tests) and evaluate impact on performance.
✅ Ensure data quality and tracking accuracy (pixels, tags, UTM structures, event tracking) in collaboration with internal and external partners.
✅ Provide regular performance reviews and insights presentations to stakeholders, highlighting wins, risks, and next steps.
What you bring
✔️ Experience as a Data Analyst / Marketing Analyst / Performance Analyst (ideally 2–4+ years in a marketing, e‑commerce, or digital-first environment).
✔️ Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
✔️ Solid knowledge of marketing and data analytics: funnels, attribution, incrementality, cohort analysis, and campaign performance measurement.
✔️ Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics/GA4, marketing platforms’ analytics, and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
✔️ Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
✔️ Ability to create benchmarks and performance frameworks for paid and organic media and use them to guide decisions.
✔️ Strong communication skills – you can clearly explain what the data says and what we should do next.
✔️ Detail‑oriented, curious, and proactive – you don’t just report numbers; you look for opportunities and challenge assumptions.
