THEMBI SHAKOANE WHO'S ALLEGEDLY THE PERSON BEHIND THE DEATH OF THAPELO MGIBA HAVE BEEN ARRESTED IN MIDDLEBURG THIS AFTERNOON.

The woman believed to be Thembi Mantwa Shakoane (44) have been arrested this afternoon at Middleburg Plaza on her way to Pretoria after it was announced that her son Mpendulo who was missing have been found hospitalized at Tshwane hospital.

According to our source Thembi Shakoane was traveling to Pretoria when she get arrested for stabbing Thapelo Mgiba (17) to death, and stabbed his mother several times leaving her wounded and hospitalized.

It was confirmed that she was recognized by one of the taxi passengers since she took the taxi from Nelspruite and the passenger Sent a massage to one of his relatives who's a police and immediately she was arrested in Middleburg Plaza toll gate.

Thembi didn't fight with the police at all, she followed the rules and she was taken away and placed on the police vehicle.

She asked to make a call to her sister to go and look after her son while she's away now, nothing illegal was found on her it was just cellphone, Mpendulo's birth certificate and smaller amount of money.

Police Spokesperson Sergeant Maile🗣 We have finally arrested the woman and we believe the Family of mgiba will feel better although it's painful to loose a child but she will be kept under the police custody untill her time of bail hearing arrives.

Lucas Ribeiro cannot terminate his Mamelodi Sundowns contract & say 'I'm leaving tomorrow' - Court of Arbitration for Sport lawyer

"I don't see on what basis the player would succeed [in this case], as good as [his] lawyer may be for the Bosman case, that was many, many years ago, there's been many cases since then," Raymond Hack told Soccer Beat.

Ribeiro is represented by Belgian lawyer Jean-Louis Dupont, who won the landmark 1995 case involving Jean-Marc Bosman and Lassana Diarra's legal battle against FIFA.

Dupont is confident that the Brazilian will be successful in his bid to terminate his Sundowns contract, but Hack has given Sundowns hope.

"The player can't just terminate and say, 'I'm leaving tomorrow, because another club wants to offer me more money' and if that's the case, the [interested] club must pay Sundowns what's due to Sundowns," Hack added.

Hack sits in the Court of Arbitration for Sport as an arbitrator for doping.

THE MOTHER OF MPENDULO WHO IS STILL MISSING HAVE ATTACKED THE FAMILY OF THAPELO MGIBA IN NELSPRUITE THIS AFTERNOON.

Earlier on we reported about the 16 years old mpendulo shakoane who went missing yesterday in Pretoria after his friends took him unpermitted by his mother to watch Sundowns and pirates game in Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atterageville.

Mother of Mpendulo known as Thembi Mantwa Shakoane originally from marite Mandiyane (44) relocated to Nelspruite, have attacked the family of Thapelo who she believes that he's the one who took his son to Pretoria after she told him not to go with him.

It was reported that Thembi attacked the 17 years old boy with a Screewdriver and stabbed him several times on his chest and he was later certified dead by the mpumalanga forensic pathology service.

She also attacked thapelo's mother who's she left wounded after she stabbed her, it was confirmed that she's still alive but hospitalized.

Thembi tried to burn the house but unfortunately she ran out of time as the community was already outside and trying to enter the house.
