Find all your inspo and ideas in one place. Bruidsgids is an annual bridal and inspirational magazine and was first published in 1996. It is distributed every year in December throughout South Africa and is a comprehensive guide for all brides-to-be. We also started Wedding Guide in 2006 after we realised there was a need for an English bridal magazine. This sister magazine also contains a large,

inspirational Styled Shoots section with many themes and is distributed in July every year. We strive to provide full information about weddings and our aim is to connect brides-to-be with vendors. We also have a community page on Facebook called ‘Ek’s Verloof’ where brides-to-be and vendors can communicate directly. FOODI is our recipe book and is the perfect gift for happy couples passionate about food. The Bruidsgids Journal is a must-have for every bride. It is the perfect wedding planner to use together with our magazines. Lastly, we host the Ek’s Verloof Exhibition twice a year at The Grove Mall in Pretoria with over a hundred exhibitors. This is an event not to be missed.

Bruidsgids is an annual magazine and was first published in 1996. We are very thankful for our beautiful, blessed magazine. Bruidsgids is distributed every year in December throughout South Africa. We also started the Wedding Guide in 2006 after we realized that there is a need for an English bridal magazine based on the same format as our Afrikaans Bruidsgids. It includes an African Bride section and featuring suppliers in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, KZN and the Cape. We strive to give as much as possible information about weddings to you as the bride-to-be. But we also urge you to invest in your marriage by attending a premarital course – and continue to do so after your wedding. This we believe will ensure a loving, fulfilled and blessed marriage.
