It is distributed every year in December throughout South Africa and is a comprehensive guide for all brides-to-be. We also started Wedding Guide in 2006 after we realised there was a need for an English bridal magazine. This sister magazine also contains a large,

inspirational Styled Shoots section with many themes and is distributed in July every year. We strive to provide full information about weddings and our aim is to connect brides-to-be with vendors. We also have a community page on Facebook called ‘Ek’s Verloof’ where brides-to-be and vendors can communicate directly. FOODI is our recipe book and is the perfect gift for happy couples passionate about food. The Bruidsgids Journal is a must-have for every bride. It is the perfect wedding planner to use together with our magazines. Lastly, we host the Ek’s Verloof Exhibition twice a year at The Grove Mall in Pretoria with over a hundred exhibitors. This is an event not to be missed.

For the hair, I created soft, effortless waves with plenty of movement and volume — elegant enough for an engagement shoot, but still relaxed and natural.

For the makeup, I kept everything glowing and timeless, with beautifully defined eyes, soft neutral tones, radiant skin and a natural, polished finish.
