Campaign Story: Rural TV YouTube Network
Imagine a channel where township and rural youth tell their own stories — through micro-dramas, documentaries, music cyphers, and films from Black creators worldwide. This is the vision of the Rural TV YouTube Network: a free, accessible platform that uses storytelling to spark social change, empower communities, and preserve culture.
What We’re Building
• Original Micro-Dramas & Rural Films: Short, powerful stories like village Sci-Fi called Shadow Walkers or township micro youth drama Kalafong Heights created by township and rural youth, reflecting real struggles and triumphs.
• Black Cinema Showcase: Films from Black creators across the globe, shared not for profit but for social impact.
• Community CYPHERyourhood: A spotlight for upcoming musicians, artists, and creatives in local communities.
• Classic Films & Docies: 80s gems, kung fu classics, and documentaries that inspire and educate.
• Tip-the-Creator Model: Viewers can directly support creators through tips, ensuring grassroots artists benefit from their work.
