Your brand far extends the logo, design, or product, it’s the parking lot, paint on the walls, smile on your staff’s face.
The way you reply to an e-mail and even the way follows up.
I know I’m preaching to myself here as much as I am to whoever is interested in reading here.
There has always been this notion of product-market fit, I believe to get to growth faster we must go beyond product-market fit.
It’s always time to raise the client as high as you can. Everything is all about your customer.
Delivering your personal best, following up, answering being there, and delivering what you promise.
Probably most important, fix your mistakes and pick up the pieces when you fail.
Make it right learn on the fly and keep improving as much as possible.
Here are a few things I am doing to ensure I fix every aspect of what I deliver. . .
1.) No is no longer an option Yes, I’ll find a way, or I’ll find out
2.) Listen to your customer follow up and pursue satisfaction
3.) Know your hours, cost, and other numbers by heart
4.) Leverage your strengths, hire for your weaknesses
5.) Things will go wrong be prepared
