From the Soil Events is an events management company which offers in house event planning and event planning for corporations, we also rent out Sound Equipment for social events and also have the ability to provide live entertainment at these events. ts such as concerts and for our corporate functions we offer two types of services, retreat training services as well as product launch event planning. The retreat training services will be either leadership development training or teaming skills/building training. For both types of retreats, FTS can take care of the planning of the event, as well as actually hosting the training through the use of one of FTS’s strategic business partners. Services
From the Soil will offer event management for the entertainment and corporate industries. Entertainment events: These events are for a few reasons. We have a database of up and coming live entertainers, because of this resource we are able to create shows and concerts where they come promote themselves for free and we can either make money from the gate takings or from sales. For major events we will call a major artist who will be paid for by a sponsor and FTS will take the gate taking, these shows can have an upwards of 5000 people attending. We also plan entertainment for clubs whether it is musical, theatrical or comedic. Because Sound at most clubs caters only to Dj.s it puts us in a position where we can also hire out our sound to them for these events
Sound and musical instruments Hire: We hire out sound and musical instruments for social events as well as to corporations that need P.A Systems for their speaking engagements. We also have the capability of recording the event for our clients at an extra cost. FTS uses its own sound engineer to make sure that are equipment comes back without incident and so that quality can be maintained. Workshops: We as FTS maximise every resource we have and because of this we also organise music, sound and beauty workshops in the winter season because outside events are few. Corporate retreats: These events are typically used for two different reasons. They are either a leadership training or teaming skills training where employees of the corporations are sent away to develop these skills. In addition to the planning of the events, FTS will be able to host the event as well. While FTS core competencies are not in hosting, FTS will align itself with a well-respected host of leadership development/teaming skills programs and have them assist FTS in the hosting aspect. Using a strategic partner in this case allows FTS to stick with a narrow focus but still offer the service to our customers. Product launches: These are events where the corporation is releasing a product and they have an event that is open to people outside of the corporation.
