Dr Nasiphi Moya is the Mayor of Pretoria. She has been in office for a year, and much of her work has focused on foreign nationals and their businesses. She was appointed on 09 October 2024, and she has now served one year, one month, and 16 days.
Among the important responsibilities she has toward the community are the damaged roads that have been destroyed by rain. However, no visible work has been done so far. For example, the area where she recently recorded a video is Pretoria West, specifically Retief Street, where there are nearly 20 potholes that she witnessed yesterday with her own eyes. These have not been given any special attention.
We are requesting that she attends to both responsibilities equally. We cannot accept the theft of electricity and waterโthis is indeed an important issueโbut we also need her to fix the damaged roads caused by rain, the non-functioning street lights, and the flooded streets.
