I am Busi Roberts An ordinary woman living life extraordinarily. I take every opportunity to uplift, inspire, motivate, encourage women from all walks of life! This defines me!

I am a believer in and follower of Christ. I decided to enter Mrs Pretoria Tshwane 2016 as it is an amazing platform to touch and change the lives of those less fortunate than myself. I am taking this opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus in this world, and to get others to work with me to achieve that. I know that my purpose in my life is more than just to worry about myself and my own li

fe, but also to reach out to others and give them hope. Like many other women, I want to make a difference in the lives of others, and this is one of the platforms I have chosen to do just that. I invite all my friends, family and associates to partner with me to make that difference. To give a needy child food to eat and a chance to education. I want to be counted among those who made a difference. I want to make my life count! Help me do that!

Happy birthday to our darling cupcake, Kiki. A whole 10 years old today. You are wise beyond words, the eternal optimist and you rub that off on all of us. Our creative genius, artistic, definitely dancing to the tune of your own drum. May you always walk through life knowing, as your name Kearatwa means, that you are loved. Loved by your Heavenly Father, your family, and your friends. You matter and you make a difference. I love you to the moon and back my angelface.

As someone in healthcare communication and marketing, it was great to step out of the day-to-day and into a space filled with fresh ideas, bold conversations, and brilliant minds.

This garden right here ministered to me last week.
I stood there, remembering how just a year ago, there was barely anything—just soil and a dream. My dad was still shaping it, planting little by little. (This is a new home, built in 2022, and still very much a work in progress.)
But standing there last week, looking at how it’s grown and blooming, a quiet thought hit me:
What have I been postponing, that—had I just started—would already be showing signs of life? Much like this garden.

It reminded me: God blesses what we start, even if it grows slowly.
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.” – Zechariah 4:10 (NLT)

The girls had an amazing holiday month and are all ready to start Term 2 tomorrow.
