I get mad but nobody sees me coming. The see a Little ole lady who will say I am mad gently as my voice gets lower, I am very mad( slightly elevated to make a point) Yes you can see I don’t have to yell, scream cry or crucify to show anyone I am mad, I tell them they are already doing that to themself. I am mad and they can not relate to what that means but they always will sooner or later.There will be a reckoning. Then I say Bella Ciao’ you’re gonna need it!

Works every time. I don’t let others affect my emotions as they try to do. I find by lowering my voice it makes them spooked because they underestimated me which is the biggest mistake anyone can do.

It helps to scare the heck out of them with the calmness of Hannibal lector without showing emotion but continue to reiterate you are mad. Blank expressionless face till you pop out and say Bella ciao’

It will save you from an aorta and knowing that you can pick your battles better helps a lot. I just love scaring people who underestimate me. Never underestimate me.
