Last night's Rich Dad 'seminar' was nothing more than a glorifiedsales pitch. Strating with the location (Bryanston Country Club ) through to the continous stream of hard sell techniques. To get more information on how to make make money from property ( largely how to buy distressed properties on Sherifs auction and from cash starpped home owners) you will have to pay a further R8900. I wont for the following reasons. 1) Sherifs auction listing are available on the internet. 2)Rich Dad program has a poor record on Hellopeter.co.za for non reposnse and outsourced poor training. 3)Browse the internet and see the history of Robert Kiyosaki who prior to getting a break on the Oprah Winfrey TV show was a bankrupt buisnessman. Google Is Rich Dad a scam..happy reading.

After a long layoff and concentrating on my new business venture - I have decided to get back to providing useful, hard hitting , implementable business information. Usually I am a bit cynical about attending business /wealth creation roadshows masquerading as advice but ultimately forcing you to 'pay to play'..But tonight I am off to a 'Rich Dad '- presentation at the Bryanston Country Club.
