Pretty shocked to get the news of your passing this morning. We were chatting gigs for 2026 just last week! .mohamed

You have been an inspiration as a human being, a musician and the most consummate and persistent story teller. With long enough of a drive, walk or meal, a story would unfold on a random Tuesday afternoon (often while you should be recording, rushing to a gig or generally doing something else). You would then get on stage and do it all again.

In true fashion you had us on an adventure this morning looking for your ceremony.

A real gentle spirit with a joke and a laugh no matter what you had on your plate or going on in your life.

We wish we had slowed down and spent more time, done more gigs and heard just one more story.

The gigs, the stories, the chats on the phone, the missions, getting calls from presidential security and of course the music... We love you more than fish and chips Pops. Even more than Bunny Chow. ❤️ Lloyd & Ange & Young Rebel Team
