OPEN CALL: Film & Television Production NQF Level 5 Training.
Offered by SAACYF in partnership with MICT SETA
The South African Arts & Culture Youth Forum (SAACYF), in partnership with the Media, Information and Communication Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority (MICT SETA), invites 25 applicants from the Vhembe District to apply for our upcoming Skills Programme in Film and Television Production (NQF Level 5).
Programme Overview
Successful candidates will participate in an intensive three-month training in Film & Television Production NQF Level 5, hosted in Vhembe District Limpopo, Province.
• The programme will result in a SETA-accredited qualification.
• Training is offered at no cost to selected participants.
• Participants will receive stipends during the training period.
⚠️ Applicants who have previously completed this training will not be considered.
Requirements
Applicants must submit:
• Certified Matric Results/Certificate
• One-page synopsis of your idea for a film
• Motivational letter (explain what inspired your idea, why you want to join the film & television industry, and your career aspirations)
• Comprehensive CV and a certified copy of your ID
Desirables
• Knowledge of trends in contemporary fiction, film, and TV drama
• Creative imagination and passion to learn
• Strong computer literacy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
