โข Provide HR and administrative support across various clients and sectors
โข Manage and advise on and compliance
โข Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
โข Handle Skills Development and reporting through different
โข Coordinate DG Reviews and Employment Equity compliance
โข Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client documentation
โข Liaise professionally with clients and support their HR functions, including OHS
โข Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and professional documentation
โข Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth through client acquisition
โข Attend client meetings and deliver strategic HR consultations

โข Bachelorโs degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
โข HR certification (preferred)
โข Strong communication and organizational skills
โข Solid understanding of Skills Reporting, Seta systems, and Employment Equity
โข Ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively
โข Willingness to travel to client sites as required
โข Attention to detail, professional work ethic, and proactive attitude
