It’s a proud moment seeing not one, but two of my clients featured in a recent article on wine.co.za.

The piece highlights the collaborative 2024 Durbanville Wine Valley Pinotage magnum release, celebrating both regional unity and a major cultivar milestone, and also shines a light on Allesverloren Wine Estate - a powerful story of heritage meeting modern confidence.

A big thank you to Graham Howe for the thoughtful storytelling and for capturing these stories with such care and insight.

Moments like these remind me why I do what I do.

We’re proud to see the Durbanville Pinotage 2024 featured in Die Burger Versnit - in an article by Cape Wine Master Winifred Bowman, titled “Hoera vir ’n eeu van SA se eie druifsoort.”

A century of heritage and proudly South African spirit is being celebrated through Pinotage this year - and few wines capture that essence quite like this one.

Rich in dark berry fruit, cherry, and warm spice with a soft tannin structure, the Durbanville Pinotage 2024 is a cool-climate masterpiece - a testament to shared craftsmanship, history, and pride.

Proud to see Wellington’s own Wolvenhoek Vineyards featured in the October 2025 issue of WineLand Magazine.

Nestled at the foot of the Groenberg, this family-run farm tells a story of old vines, new dreams, and a Belgian family who found their forever home - and a fresh sense of purpose - in the Cape Winelands.

A beautiful piece by Johannes Richter capturing Eric Sas’s journey, the soulful charm of Wellington, and the quiet power of the place where the wind never stops whispering through the vines.

The Durbanville Pinotage 2024 continues to make headlines - this time featured in the Fairlady November/December Gift Guide, alongside some of the season’s most coveted luxury picks.

Appearing in one of South Africa’s most trusted and long-standing lifestyle magazines, this spotlight further cements the Durbanville Wine Valley Pinotage 2024 as a must-have for the festive table - a wine that embodies heritage, collaboration, and cool-climate craftsmanship.

Only 1 170 magnums were produced, making this limited-edition release as collectible as it is celebratory.

Thrilled to see our client, Durbanville Wine Valley, featured in the latest Aspire Lifestyle magazine - one of South Africa’s leading luxury lifestyle publications.

The beautifully written piece, “Durbanville in a Bottle,” celebrates the collaborative Durbanville Pinotage 2024, a once-in-a-century release crafted by 11 of the valley’s cellars in honour of three milestones: 200 years of Durbanville, 100 years of Pinotage, and 100 years of Afrikaans as an official language.

This feature captures the essence of what makes the Durbanville Wine Valley so remarkable - heritage, craftsmanship, and cool-climate excellence bottled in magnum form.

Pinotage turns 100 - and Durbanville takes its place in the story.

Featured in Netwerk24’s beautifully written centenary tribute by Maryke Roberts, the Durbanville Wine Valley celebrates its role in honouring South Africa’s homegrown cultivar with a limited-edition Pinotage - complete with an Afrikaans label - marking both 100 years of Pinotage and a century of Afrikaans as an official language.

Proud to see one of our clients featured alongside icons like Lanzerac, Bellevue and Beyerskloof in this national reflection on legacy, craftsmanship and heritage.

South Africa’s tourism recovery may be uneven, but it’s far from stagnant.

In a recent Netwerk24 feature on BDO South Africa’s tourism report, I shared insights from Roux Reklame’s clients - all proving that growth looks different when driven by purpose.

At Doolhof Wine Estate in Wellington, visitor levels have already surpassed 2019 thanks to a renewed focus on experiences and positioning the estate as a destination in its own right. Bosman Family Vineyards reported 20–25% growth supported by long-term investment in guest infrastructure. And in Franschhoek, restaurants like Eleven Restaurant, Ōku - Franschhoek and Yama Asian Eatery have matched pre-Covid business levels by reimagining what hospitality can be.

The data may show that other African countries are outpacing us, but South Africa’s recovery is powered by creativity, storytelling, and businesses that continue to adapt with intent - a story worth telling.

We’re raising a very proud glass this month with not one, but two Roux Reklame clients featured in the November issue of Tuis/Home magazine.

Allesverloren Wine Estate takes the spotlight with their Tinta Barocca 2023, a Swartland classic that continues to show off the depth and character of this historic estate.

And Durbanville Wine Valley shines with the release of the Durbanville Pinotage 2024 – a wine that celebrates three milestones: 200 years of Durbanville, 100 years of Pinotage, and a century of Afrikaans as an official language. A true heritage in a bottle.

Being featured in Tuis/Home — Media24’s much-loved lifestyle title that inspires readers with décor, DIY, gardening, and living beautifully — is a wonderful recognition of these brands’ stories of land, legacy, and craftsmanship.
