Understand your reason why you want to write

No one should feel bad about not having a grasp at who they are.

There are a lot of fears that come with charting your own path like judgement, loneliness, and all the unknown.

And, I just want to say, fitting in with your surroundings feels good too (everyone feeling a sense of belonging is even better).

It’s allowed — there’s safety, comfort, inspiration, and useful information in that shared space.

And...

I think being true to yourself as much as you can, no matter who you’re in front of or whatever you're partaking in, takes practice and the ability to create on the spot healthy boundaries which means having a sound level of self-awareness.

Being ‘true to who you are is unconventional AND it is celebrated because we all know it takes courage to try something new and break the habit who you were yesterday.

Writing has helped me to reflect on the person I am and has helped me to figure out who I want to be.
