Who Rhythm Assembly is for.

if you want to be in a room where people move together — at
any level. if you follow good music and like a considered
space. if you’re building a life in johannesburg and looking
for the rooms where that life actually happens.

rhythm assembly is a community built around movement and
music. kept intentional, not crowded. sober, not subdued.

every edition deepens the room. we keep showing up. so do
the people who came the first time.

This is the structure.

15h30 — you choose how to begin. either a 5k run from the venue,
or a 45-minute mat pilates class inside it. arrive in trainers,
or with a mat.

17h00 — both groups come into one room. a DJ plays through
sunset. coffee, still water, sparkling, and food are served.

20h00 — the music settles. the evening is yours.

Rhythm Assembly is a different kind of evening in johannesburg.

an afternoon that begins with a 5k run or a pilates class. an
evening that ends with a live DJ set at sunset. one room, one
arc, one shift in the body.

four and a half hours. movement, music, and a community that
builds itself in the room.

we run editions every few months. follow for dates, locations,
and registration.
