8 things that i struggle with as a girly in her late twenties. I struggle with so much more, so i could honestly keep going on. But you guys know, when you come to my little corner on the internet, you’re getting authenticity. When I look at social media, at other people my age and how they present themselves, somehow i always feel like i’m falling short. what do they have that makes it look like they have it all figured out? how do i get it. But in reality, i think we’re all just figuring it out, we’re all trying to figure out who we are and what we want and have that be rooted in God’s plan. we all have this mask over our lives and try to present the best versions of ourselves. but why not present the realest versions of ourselves? here’s to pulling back the mask 🥂🖤

Here’s everything I got up to in June 🤭

Went to a 21st and had a time with my crazy man! 😭😂❤️

brunched it up with my favourite people 🥹✨☕️

Started getting into my bible again 🥹✨

Pilates is not just a lifestyle choice, idk what else to tell you 😭😭❤️

I am actually so obsessed with reading, if you follow me on the other app, you’ll know that i curated an analogue bag, with all the things i want to do to prevent doomscrolling. I’ve gravitated towards reading 📚, currently reading The Deal by Elle Kennedy (because of Offcampus 🤭) and then Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros 🐉

Spending sooo much time in books stores it’s not even funny, social media has made me feel like I don’t need to read the back of the book before purchasing it, because everyone’s opinion matters more, but I miss that feeling so i’ve been more intentional about it. Giving the book an actual chance ❤️

I love a Sunday. Church and Family. On this Sunday, as we were driving, we saw the number plate. “When the time is right, I the Lord will make it happen”. We receive it Lord! ❤️

Met a cat on my walk. Idk if she likes me.

This movie was so good. Rating it probably a 7 out of 10, it was so nostalgic and I can’t wait for what the Wayans brothers are cooking up next! 🥹

1. My master’s graduation was nothing short of magical. It’s such a surreal feeling to put your blood, sweat and tears into something and finally receive the recognition ✨🤭🎓

3. I found myself leaning closer to worship than studying the word. I truly sat in the Lord’s presence and it was honestly so intimate and beautiful 🤎
