As new reviews rolled in, we thanked contributors and shared the progress with the community and we created a review widget that showcases their real reviews on their website and social media platforms. This encouraged even more participation.

Hot take: Most businesses using AI are getting LESS efficient.

Here's what I keep seeing:

Business owner discovers AI tools.
Downloads 12 of them.

That gap is not a technology problem.

A potential customer calls. Nobody picks up. They move on. Not because your service is not good enough. Because your competitor answered.

New research on AI voice agents makes clear how fundamentally this space has shifted. We are not talking about the clunky "press 1 for sales" menus that frustrated customers for decades. Modern AI voice agents understand natural language. They hold real two-way conversations. They qualify leads, book appointments directly into your calendar, and hand off seamlessly to a human when genuine complexity requires it.
