Life Community Radio Station is a geographical community radio station in Ugu District, South Africa, promoting community development, social cohesion, and empowerment through local content on 97.6 We are a fast pace and youthful radio station broadcasting in Dududu KwaZulu Natal. The radio station was formed and found by radio veteran Mlungisi Doncabe back in 2016 alongside with his board of directors . The radio station officially went on Air on the 11th of March 2020 at 9h00am at Umzinto Bhai Plaza Mall . The radio station first radio personality to open the mic for the station was Nokwanda Dlamini with The Lifestyle Zone from 9am to 12pm , Mishka Narain followed from 12-3pm . Life FM KZN is the leading digital sound across KwaZululu Natal according to the statistics , and we are the number four across South Africa. FLOOD RECOVERY GAINS MOMENTUM: KZN GOVERNMENT ROLLS OUT HOUSING SOLUTION FOR DISPLACED FAMILIES

The KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government, under the leadership of Premier Honourable Thamsanqa Ntuli and MEC for Transport and Human Settlements Siboniso Duma, is making strides in addressing the needs of communities affected by recent floods. As part of the Cabinet Operation Siyahlola initiative, the government has greenlit plans to construct 113 new homes within the next four months, offering hope and shelter to families who lost their homes. This effort is a key component of the province's broader disaster recovery strategy, which aims to provide permanent, fully serviced housing for all flood victims by 2027.
