Ask yourself “ Do you have any other option rather than letting go? “

I know and I can understand letting go someone you love will be a tough task but you know what seeing your loved one under the arms of someone else will be the toughest and most painful job which will hurt you to the next level.

So Do you want to get hurt? No right? None want but for that you have to let go.

so now come on the question how will you let go.

Accept the reality that you don’t have any option rather then letting go. If you create an option your brain will force you to choose easy and less painful options like becoming friends etc. which ultimately in the long run to hurt you a lot. So first accept that letting go is the only option you have.

Go completely no contact with that person which includes stalking profiles on social media too. You have to give time for your wounds to get heal. Contacting the person will keep scratching your wounds again and again.

Make yourself busy. Busy with what you love, following your passion, and doing mental or physical exercise because an ideal brain will keep taking to overthinking which ultimately knocks on the door to depression.

Environment matters a lot. No doubt you can fight the situation alone but if you have supportive friends, parents or even pets take their help because they will act as catalysts for your healing.

Become your favourite. Start loving yourself for everything. Proud of yourself and do all those activities which bring happiness to your face.

Letting go of someone whom you love is a journey which is going to test your patience, endurance and mental stability and ends with making a better version of yourself

The Stonecutter's Journey

Once, a stonecutter worked tirelessly day after day, chiseling away at rocks to shape them into perfect pieces. But despite his skill, he always felt that his work was underappreciated, and he longed for more.

One day, while working, he looked up at a grand castle and thought, "If I were the king, I would have all the power and command over everyone." Miraculously, he was transformed into the king. He ruled with authority, but soon realized that, despite his power, he couldn't control the weather, and he was vulnerable to the heat of the sun.

Frustrated, he wished he could be the sun, powerful and relentless. Once again, his wish was granted, and he became the sun, blazing down on the earth. But soon, he realized that his light could not pe*****te the clouds, and the clouds were more powerful than he was.

Then, he wished to become a cloud, and he became one, drifting freely across the sky. However, he soon encountered a mighty mountain that stood firm and unaffected by his rain.

"I wish to be the mountain!" he declared. Instantly, he became a massive mountain, strong and unyielding. But as he stood there, a stonecutter came to his feet, chipping away at him with his small tools, breaking him down.

In that moment, the stonecutter realized that he had always had the power within himself. No matter the role, no matter the title, it was his own strength and determination that made the difference.

The lesson: True power doesn’t come from external circumstances or titles. It comes from within. Keep honing your skills, stay true to your journey, and never forget the strength you already have.
