We are looking to hire an office manager urgently. We are looking for a well organised individual who is dynamic and has very strong administration skills. Candidates need to have strong communication skills and used to managing a small team. Any experience in HR and ISO is an advantage. Below is a job description:

Receptionist 


 Emails
All-around secretarial duties

Setting appointments and meetings for directors

 Stock Control
 Receiving of stock
 Dispatching of stock
 Quality control
 Managing production orders
 Managing client purchase orders
 Courier duties/bookings, collections
 Book transportation for orders
 Attendance register for staff
 Manage staff leave
 Submit staff hours report to HR (CDR)
 Petty cash
 Accounts (Invoicing, Quotes, Sales order, Purchase order)
 Manage Take-a lot website
 ISO
 Manage Health & Safety duties
 Managing sales and production department
 Organize office operations and procedures
 Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning, layouts, and office systems
 Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and
standards to guide the operation of the office

 Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
 Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
 Prepare operational schedules to ensure efficiency
