In September 1980, Francois was struggling to keep his business afloat when, in desperation, he made a vow that he would give 30% of the business for the expansion of the Kingdom if the Lord took care of the crisis. This is the story of the Jakes Gerwel Technical School in Bonnievale. We recently produced this story for the Mergon Foundation, and it's truly an inspiration to see what can come from collaboration between the faith community, business and government.

We recently filmed a story for the Jakes Gerwell Technical School in the stunning town of Bonnievale, and we have the first rough edit of our story on the timeline.

It’s an incredibly inspiring story of how a community took hands to meet the need for a much needed school in the area. One of the teachers told us: “the school will not only heal the children, but also the community.”
