Let's make a "charcuterie board" inspired sourdough sandwich 🥪🤌🏼

My tummy doesn't love regular bread, but I cannot resist a delicious slice of sourdough! It's way easier on my digestive system and let's be honest, it just tastes better!

And delicious bread deserves delicious toppings, don't you think? 😏

Soaking up the last of my 30s 🥂

Hubby spoiled me with an early birthday present: An overnight getaway without the boys... for the first time since becoming parents!

Yes, it was the first time in over 6 years that I didn't have the boys with me overnight and as much as I adore them, it was bliss!

Now to start planning the next getaway... in my 40s! 🤭

It took me nearly 40 years to finally try a consistent, professional skincare treatment programme and the results make me a bit emotional.
