So... We have been getting a few questions about what's happening with the magazine, as we haven't released an issue in...well...forever. Firstly, we want to apologize for the wait, and want to thank everyone for staying such awesome supporters.

Over these last few months we've been looking at getting, and trying to get, better, more sustainable financing. After a ridiculous amount of business planning and cash flow projecting, the bank still doesn't want to loan us the money. So, after much thought and re-planning, this is how we're going forward with Gravity Magazine...

We have become independent from our previous publishers, Cornerstone, so we will just be called Gravity Magazine. Due to Facebook being Facebook, though, we can't change our name because we have more than a certain amount of likes.. But that's no biggie.

We are going to "press the reset button", if you will, and start almost from the beginning. We have set up a WordPress blog at https://feelthepull.wordpress.com, where we will post articles and photos - almost like a digital magazine. From there, we'll move to a proper digital version of the magazine, and then taking it to the hard copy. This means that there won't be a magazine available to buy in the store, but we will still be very much around.

If you have any plausible idea that could help us with regards to accruing financing, please feel free to share your idea with us and send us a message.

Furthermore, THIS IS NOT THE END OF GRAVITY MAGAZINE! This is merely us making sure that we don't get too deep into something that we won't be able to sustain. Again, thank you for awesome stoke and support - we know you're frothing for more.

Feel the pull!

Hey guys! As you know, Issue 3 is taking its time hitting the shelves and its time we let everyone know what's going on.
As we're officially independent from our publishers, Cornerstone, funds have been struggling to put it lightly (the struggle is real!).
From the third issue, Gravity Magazine will be fully digital, with just subscribers and select stores receiving the hard copy. Furthermore, there will also be 3 different subscriber packages to choose from to fit yo pocket - Mellow, Stoked and Fat Stoke.
Mellow: You get full access to the current, and previous issues of the digital magazine.
Stoked: Full access to the current and digital content, the next hard copy, stickers and/or goodies.
Fat Stoke: Full access to the current digital versions, the next hard copy, stickers and some steezy goodies.
If you're a current subscriber, you automatically fall under the "Stoked" package..
We apologize for the crazy delay, guys. We know you've been anxiously waiting for the third installment and are super grateful for your patience.. Know that we are hustling our butts off to get the paperwork and, more importantly, funds sorted so that Issue 3 and many issues it after can be a reality. Furthermore, if anyone can or knows of anyone that can help with regards to funds then drop me a mail at: [email protected].

Hey everybody! So, we've been quite quiet over the last while.. On top all the public holidays we've been having, Gravity Magazine has been going through some restructuring within the company and so have had to postpone the release of Issue 3.. We hate to keep you guys waiting because we know how everybody is frothing for the next installment, but we will keep you as updated as a high schooler's BBM status as to what is happening. Keep on pushing yo!

Some of you guys might have noticed all the international skaters that have been visiting our sunny South African shores - The Landyachtz Longboards team, Liam Morgan and JM Duran..

If you were able to snap a shot of them doing their thing, thaning up our pathways, and want it to be in Issue 3, then forward your photos to [email protected]. Who knows? ..you could see your photo in Issue 3 of S.A's first downhill skating magazine.
