Hatch Communication is looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Receptionist & PA to join our team in Stellenbosch for a 3-month contract (with the potential to become permanent).

Key Responsibilities:
- Office administration & reception duties
- Meeting support (agendas & minutes)
- Finance admin
- Supporting senior management
- Project management
- Diary & travel management

📍 What You Need:
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar PA/reception role
• Strong Microsoft Office & admin skills
• Bilingual in English & Afrikaans (advantageous)
• PR/Marketing/Social Media experience is a plus
• Must be based in Stellenbosch or able to commute daily
