Focus on what you have in your hands now...
A lot of this episode revolves around/ties into perspective.
Matthew 6:34
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
I believe that some people go through life not even living.
Apologies for the background noise. I recorded this episode on my phone while cleaning my apartment. I was not going to re-record the episode as I feel it would lose its weight.

On the 3rd of June 2021, the first episode of Reaching Out was released. A year later, and the 40th episode is released.
What a journey it has been. So much has happened in the space of 365 days, 8760 hours, 525600 minutes, 31536000 seconds, and I am in awe.
So many great memories and lessons learnt. So much growth and change has taken place.
It is only going to get better from here.
The one thing which I have been reflecting on the past few days whilst reflecting on the past year is that something that you may be worrying about or going through currently, how relevant or large will it be in a years time. Just a thought to ponder on.
