Main Focus: Thabang Brian Mashaba
Brain Thabang Mashaba who is professionally and socially known as Chef Daddy was born on the year 1997, He is South African Chef, Carter, Singer and Events planner.
Chef Daddy's life Is fully based in the Industrial, Commercial, private kitchen and lastly in the Health Care Kitchen where he is currently operating, He is purely known for doing amazing things in the kitchen,
He was born in Limpopo (mokopane) in a deep rural village which is a small place that only few people know of called Mapela( Ga- matlou),
in 2010, He then moved to Burgersfort (Skhukhune) where he attended his high school called Sehlaku Technical High School, he participated in several activities like English club where they were doing debates, writing short stories and poems.
In 2016, after he completed his matric, he started his career as casual employee at TFG store where he was selling sneakers, after the contract ended he went on joining the Capello Burgersfort as a bar-tender where he learnt his basic bar skills on his extra time he used to as the kitchen staff with meals like cooking the staff food, on his off days he assisted in the streets Kitchen around the neighbourhood where they sold good Kasi food, that where he increased his food knowledge.
He tried to apply for the military and mining, he got rejected from both of them that is when he decided to join culinary
In 2017, He then joined ventures with the group of passionate women, they started the movement where they catered for important people and events around Burgersfort.
That is when they gained the local recognition, people recommend their partners and loved ones to their movement,
then in 2018 their business experienced some financial crises and improper management
"Your good hands speaks on your behalf in whatever meal that you prepare"
In 2019, he considered applying in of the professional culinary schools in South Africa and got rejected AGAIN!, During one of the lousy days he randomly DMed the well-known chefs he had in his Facebook account, some were rude and some were even blocked him cause he was nagging, god led him to the hands of Chef T ( Terrence), he DMed him his story (personal & professional background), Chef T later took him for a 12 months program in the professional cookery organisation, that is when things were starting to brighten up in Chef Daddy's career,
He moved to Pretoria "my first few months was tough, but I was there to learn, Innit?" He said.
During the program, He met and made new friends in the industry, he shook hands with the likes of Andile Somdaka ( Personal Chef of the former president Nelson Mandela and Thabo Mbheki), David Keir and few celebrity chefs which motivated and pushed him to become the better version of himself and to unlock his full capabilities
"I also realised that in culinary field you can be employed while operating your own food business " He said.
He has worked with many talented, ambitious chefs and caters around south Africa and still going further.

This quote pushed him to be where he is today, showed him the reasons to keep rising the culinary flag high
