TRAFFIC ALERT | TRUCK ACCIDENT ON N1 NORTH TOWARDS MUSINA

There is an accident involving a heavy motor vehicle on the N1 North, just below Mountain View towards Musina in Louis Trichardt.

The incident occurred last night and some lanes are affected.

Traffic officials are on the scene managing the situation. Motorists are urged to approach the area with caution and expect possible delay.

MEC MASHEGO VISITS NANCEFIELD CLINIC

MUSINA : Following complaints about a shortage of medication at Nancefield Clinic in Musina, Vhembe District, the MEC for Health in Limpopo Dieketseng Mashego undertook an oversight visit to Musina Hospital to investigate the matter firsthand.

The visit formed part of efforts to assess medicine availability, engage management, and ensure that immediate interventions are implemented to restore uninterrupted access to medication for patients.

POLICE RESCUE MAN FROM MOB JUSTICE AT LWAMONDO

Police have rescued a young man from an attempted mob justice incident after he was apprehended by local residents.

The man, known to have been terrorizing the community, had reportedly been on the run from police and was found along the road attempting to escape.

The residents of Lwamondo quickly surrounded him, restrained him, and tied him with rope.

Police arrived in time to prevent further escalation and took the man into custody.
