For twenty-two years, I believed I had to choose.
I believed that to succeed in corporate, I had to leave my creative self at the door. I believed that professionalism meant hiding the parts of me that thought differently, imagined freely, and saw possibilities where others saw problems. I believed that structure and creativity were opposites — and that if I wanted to be taken seriously, I had to pick a side.
So I picked structure. I built systems. I led teams. I became good at performing.
And I succeeded — on paper.
But somewhere along the way, I started leaving parts of myself behind. My creativity. My curiosity. My energy. My joy. I was functioning, but I wasn't thriving. I was achieving, but I wasn't integrated.
Then came the turning point.
I realised that the creative part of me I had tried to suppress was actually the part that made me a better problem-solver, a better communicator, a better leader. I realised that structure and creativity were not opposites — they were partners. Structure gave my creativity somewhere to live. Creativity made my structure more adaptable. Wellbeing made my performance sustainable. And leadership brought all three together.
That realisation became The Integrated Leader™ Method.
It is built on four pillars: Structure creates clarity. Creativity creates possibility. Wellbeing creates sustainability. Leadership creates impact. And when all four work together, integration creates the leader.
Today, I help high-performing professionals — especially women — stop choosing between success and themselves. I help them reconnect with their creativity as a practical leadership skill. I help them build systems that support the life they want to live. I help them protect their wellbeing without guilt and help them lead with greater clarity.
Awesome to share this journey with you.
