The learners movement which seeks to accommodate gifted learners by Identifying, Mentoring and Promoting their talents for the full realization and recognition by parents are teachers. Through research, it has been proven that diversity allows learners to learn differently hence there was an introduction of inclusive education.

Different types of learning styles:
-Visual Learners
-Auditory Learners
-Kinesthetic Learners
-Tactile Learners

The Education Department has tried to highlight their vision with schools, the rest is now left with the society activist to come up with the projects that will compliment the vision. The schools got Sport, cultural and debate societies, in those classes of activities you find that there are learners who excel to a point that you feel that a particular learner needs not to be delayed but being promoted to fully envision it as career.
