REST IN PEACE: Female Police Officer Allegedly Shot Dead by Boyfriend in Durban💔🕊️

A female police officer stationed at Tongaat Police Station was allegedly shot and killed by her boyfriend at her home in Chesterville, Durban.

According to the information circulating, the officer, identified as Constable Zondo, was allegedly shot with her service fi***rm following an argument with her boyfriend. Her sister reportedly contacted police after hearing a gunshot and later saw the couple lying on the floor with gunshot wounds.

The boyfriend is suspected of turning the fi***rm on him in an apparent attempt to die, but he survived. Police reportedly found him alive, arrested him and had him taken to hospital under police guard.

The officer’s service fi***rm was seized for ballistic examination. The circumstances surrounding the argument and shooting remain under investigation.
