A man complained to his friend about his wife's daily food allowance demands, grumbling that it was draining his wallet. His friend suggested he take matters into his own hands and buy food himself to save some cash. The man thought, "Ah, genius!" and asked his wife to list the things they needed for soup.
He headed to the market, determined to cut costs, but quickly realized why his wife's demands were so high – everything was ridiculously expensive! After four hours of wandering the market, he fled without buying a thing, citing an "urgent meeting" with his friend as an excuse.
He called his wife, saying, "Hey, sweetheart! I'm running late due to an emergency meeting with my friend. Don't worry, I've transferred money into your account. Go ahead and buy the groceries." His wife, oblivious to his market adventure, accepted his story without question.
Two days later, the wife stumbled upon her husband's chat with his friend and was furious. "Why are you discussing our personal finances and me with your friend?" she demanded. The husband downplayed it, saying, "It was just a friendly chat!" The wife wasn't buying it (pun intended) and left his presence, disappointed and angry.
Now, tell me: As a man, do you think it's okay to complain to your friend about your wife's spending habits?
