"Thank God for school! The peace and quiet I normally get when the children are in school is a blessing. It enables me to rewind, rethink, and regain my sanity before they come back. I truly enjoy this time to myself, and the quietness I get each day they go to school gives me more joy. It's a moment to recharge and refocus, and I cherish it deeply."

A man complained to his friend about his wife's daily food allowance demands, grumbling that it was draining his wallet. His friend suggested he take matters into his own hands and buy food himself to save some cash. The man thought, "Ah, genius!" and asked his wife to list the things they needed for soup.

He headed to the market, determined to cut costs, but quickly realized why his wife's demands were so high – everything was ridiculously expensive! After four hours of wandering the market, he fled without buying a thing, citing an "urgent meeting" with his friend as an excuse.

He called his wife, saying, "Hey, sweetheart! I'm running late due to an emergency meeting with my friend. Don't worry, I've transferred money into your account. Go ahead and buy the groceries." His wife, oblivious to his market adventure, accepted his story without question.

Two days later, the wife stumbled upon her husband's chat with his friend and was furious. "Why are you discussing our personal finances and me with your friend?" she demanded. The husband downplayed it, saying, "It was just a friendly chat!" The wife wasn't buying it (pun intended) and left his presence, disappointed and angry.

Now, tell me: As a man, do you think it's okay to complain to your friend about your wife's spending habits?

I'm overwhelmed with gratitude, Lord. I pray that You'll guide him and fulfill Your purpose in his life, in Jesus' name."

"Sometimes, we don't appreciate what we have until it's gone. Let's take a moment to look around and appreciate the little favors we receive from our loved ones—our brothers, aunts, uncles, and others. Be thankful for what you have, no matter how small it may seem. Happy weekend, everyone!

"In today's world, marrying for love alone isn't enough. When choosing a partner, prioritize skills and financial savvy. Many couples who prioritized physical attraction over practicality are now struggling. Avoid marrying someone who doesn't appreciate the value of hard work and earning a living. They may become financially dependent, prioritizing spending over earning. Prove me wrong!"

"It's easy to give advice, but applying it to oneself is a different story. You might advise a woman to avoid her husband's phone for peace of mind, but can you follow the same advice? Honestly, when my husband starts putting passwords on his phone, it's a red flag for me. I believe peace of mind comes from transparency and unity in marriage, where both partners are on the same page. When we're open with each other, we can navigate challenges together. Secrecy can create tension and mistrusts.

"Watching the gifts given to the Omugwo representative brought tears to my eyes, remembering the mother's struggles to pay school fees. That anger and pain sparked this prayer."

"I pray that no one replaces me when my children start giving birth. God, please keep me healthy to participate in all my children's Omugwo. God, please let me not suffer while someone else reaps the fruits of my labor. It shall not be my portion or the portion of anyone who types Amen to this prayer, in Jesus' name."

"Life's too short for malice. Free your mind, free your soul, embrace unity, and view hurts as life's normal ups and downs. Expect them, and move forward."
