We are honored to celebrate , a true trailblazer and changemaker. Despite being blind, his vision for a better world shines brighter than sight itself. Through courage, wisdom, and an unshakable spirit, Simalumba has partnered with us in Lead Without Limits guiding blind youth to rise as advocates and changemakers in their communities.

He reminds us that real leadership is not about what you see with your eyes, but what you believe in your heart.

Inclusion is more than checking a box. Too often, blind and deaf individuals are left out or only brought in as an afterthought. That is not fairness, and it is not equality.

Our Lead Without Limits program is breaking barriers and creating spaces where everyone can thrive without restriction.

Welcome Fenot Hailu, our new Ambassador at Tyrone Havnar Foundation!

Fenot is a human rights advocate and legal professional passionate about youth empowerment, disability rights, child rights, gender equality, and social justice. She currently works with the EU Delegation to the AU on youth, gender, peace, and security, and serves as Deputy Director and Lead for Partnership and External Representation at HALE: Human Rights and Inclusion Network.

She has also worked with EHRC, the Centre for Human Rights at the University of Pretoria, and FIDA Uganda.

Meet our inspiring Ambassador from Senegal, Laba Faye.

He is an agricultural entrepreneur and certified digital marketing manager, passionate about empowering young people through innovation and community-driven solutions. He is the Founder of Pont Vert, which supports local producers and healthy consumption, and Ambassadeur221, a platform that amplifies Senegalese youth voices.

As a former AU-EU Youth Advisory Council member, Laba brings strong expertise in advocacy, youth representation, and co-creation. At Tyrone Havnar Foundation, he is dedicated to advancing Pan-African leadership, youth empowerment, and intercultural dialogue.

We are happy to walk this journey of impact with him.
