We are looking for people who have been showing up consistently, building, serving and creating impact even when there was little to no support.

If you have been running your initiative, project or organisation for at least 3 years, especially with limited or no funding, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Persons with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply. Your leadership matters. Your impact matters.

Today we celebrate International Youth Day.

Young people are the builders of today. Across our communities we continue to see young leaders stepping up, starting initiatives, solving problems, and proving that leadership begins with action.

We are proud to walk alongside young people who are choosing courage, responsibility and innovation. Through leadership training, mentorship and unique projects, we believe in preparing youth to speak about change and to create it.

To every young person daring to lead, build, and serve your community, the world needs your energy, your ideas, and your determination.
