Six people have been shot and killed in a drive by shooting in Reiger Park . It is alleged that two vehicles drove in, started shooting randomly without saying a word killing six people and injuring three other's.The victims alleged belongs to one family.

DJ Chymamusique undergoes brain surgery following fatal car accident
DJ Chymamusique has revealed that he recently underwent brain surgery. He shared that his speech and cognitive functions have been affected, so he will be offline and not taking calls for several weeks as he focuses on his recovery.
The DJ was recently involved in a fatal car accident. The accident occurred on Saturday morning, 30 August 2025, on the N1 National Route 1 near Ysterberg Mountain, outside Polokwane, Limpopo.
Two sedans collided head‑on and one of the vehicles caught fire. Five people died in the crash. Four of the deceased were reportedly burnt beyond recognition.
Chymamusique was one of the injured and was hospitalised. The deceased included DJ Poizen (real name Caven Masetla) who was travelling with Chymamusique.

The Government of Zimbabwe has confirmed a shipment of Anti-Retroviral drugs (ARVs) to Botswana — with 80% of the consignment provided as a loan and 20% as a donation.
The official handover was witnessed by:
• Spencer Mqabuko Dube – Director, Africa, Asia & Pacific
• Sarah S. Molosiwa – Ambassador of Botswana to Zimbabwe
• Newman Madzikwa – Managing Director of NatPharm
The consignment was dispatched to Botswana under the banner of regional cooperation and health security.
Meanwhile, South Africa continues to battle criminal syndicates looting medication — including ARVs — from our public hospitals and smuggling it into Zimbabwe.
Local frustration continues to grow as foreign nationals rely heavily on South Africa’s already-overburdened healthcare system, with no reimbursement from their governments.

Bombshell Testimony at Madlanga Commission: Matlala Allegedly Paid R150k for Hit on Ex, R300k for Sibiya’s Son’s Wedding.
Pretoria - Controversial businessman Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala paid R150,000 to hitmen to assassinate his ex-girlfriend, actress and socialite Tebogo Thobejane, and separately sponsored R300,000 for the wedding of Lieutenant General Mthandazo Sibiya’s son, a state witness told the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry on Thursday, 30 October 2025.
Witness C, a forensic investigator with the KwaZulu-Natal Political Killings Task Team, testified under oath that Matlala made the admissions during recorded conversations while in custody in May 2023, following his arrest for the attempted hit on Thobejane.
The witness quoted Matlala directly on the wedding payment:
“General Sibiya o rata chelete dai man.”
(“General Sibiya really loves money, that guy.”)
This remark, Witness C said, was Matlala’s explanation for funding the lavish wedding, allegedly to secure favor or protection from Lt Gen Mthandazo Sibiya, then head of Crime Intelligence in KwaZulu-Natal.
The R150,000 hit was linked to a failed assassination attempt on Thobejane, who survived after being targeted in Johannesburg. Matlala was arrested alongside two alleged gunmen.
The testimony forms part of broader allegations of corruption, bribery, and abuse of power within South Africa’s criminal justice system, with Matlala accused of using cash to influence police officials.

Kharishma in Fatal Polokwane Crash: One Dead, Star Hospitalized.
Polokwane, Limpopo - October 31, 2025 - Lekompo sensation Kharishma was involved in a deadly car accident this morning on Grobler and Magazyn Streets, Polokwane. One passenger died; the artist was hospitalized.
The crash happened around 5:45 AM when the vehicle hit a curb and flipped. Limpopo police confirmed the 20-year-old singer, real name Melita Mogale, was injured. No foul play is suspected.
This is Kharishma’s second major accident; she survived a crash in August 2024 after a Sekhukhune gig.
Known as the "Queen of Lekompo," Kharishma rose to fame with "Chokeslam," which won Song of the Year on Capricorn FM and Thobela FM in 2024. In 2025, she signed with Virgin Music Group and dropped hits like "Wa Inama" with DJ Janisto.
Fans flooded social media with prayers. The Limpopo Artists Movement pledged support. No official update on her condition yet.

Justice Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi says the extradition of Kiernan “AKA” Forbes’ alleged killers from Eswatini is almost finalized.
Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande, the brothers accused of involvement in AKA’s murder, have withdrawn their appeal against extradition. Eswatini authorities have now issued a Notice of Abandonment, meaning the legal process to bring them back to South Africa is nearly complete.
The pair were arrested in Eswatini after fleeing KwaZulu-Natal and are also linked to three other murders in Amanzimtoti and Berea.
AKA and his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane were fatally shot on Durban’s Florida Road in February 2023. Five other suspects remain in custody as investigations continue.

Two of the thugs involved in the brutal shooting of Alexandra Randburg Midrand Sandton Taxi Association (Armsta) chairman, Victor Molefe Moekeletsi, and his bodyguard were reportedly shot and injured during the incident.
A motorist and another bodyguard were also wounded and rushed to the hospital for urgent medical treatment.
After committing the horrific act, the assailants dumped their getaway vehicle — a bloodstained car — at Maponyane Village near Setjwetla. Moments later, a Ford Ranger arrived at the scene, picked up the gunmen, and sped away.
According to information received, seven suspects wearing blue work suits were seen fleeing the area at high speed, leaving shocked residents in disbelief.
The shooting has once again highlighted the deadly scourge of taxi violence that has plagued Alexandra for years.
Just last month, Armsta and ATA members held a historic meeting at Kwabhekilanga Sports Ground, where hundreds of taxi operators, community members, and even local celebrities gathered in a bid to end the bloodshed that has claimed countless lives in the industry.
During his powerful address, Moekeletsi reminded attendees that Alexandra was the birthplace of taxi violence in South Africa, urging operators to unite instead of killing each other over routes and leadership disputes.
“If you do not want a leader, wait for their term to finish and vote them out,” he said — words that now echo tragically after his death.

BREAKING NEWS l Taxi Boss and Bodyguard Killed in Shooting Outside Association Offices.
JOHANNESBURG - The chairman of the Alexandra Randburg Midrand Sandton Taxi Association (ARMSTA) and his bodyguard were shot dead Thursday morning outside the association’s offices in Alexandra, north of Johannesburg.
Two others, a second bodyguard and a motorist were wounded and are being treated in hospital.
Police suspect the attack is linked to taxi industry rivalries. No arrests have been made.
The incident follows a pattern of violence in the sector, including the 2021 assassination of ARMSTA’s former chairperson.
Santaco condemned the killing and called for government intervention.
