What an absolute honour it was to work with Karavan Press on a project.

The Veil of Maya by Chantal Stewart is an award-winning publication and an awesome read!

Receiving feedback like this from clients makes us incredibly proud! It is such a rewarding journey to see author's words come to life in print!

It was a delightful experience working with Amanda from Red Mouse Design on the redesign of my novel. She was helpful, prompt and made really good suggestions about cover design and the layout of the novel. There was a tight time frame and Amanda responded quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. This made the whole experience a joy and added to the excitement of producing the book.

I had the privilege to have met Sarita, be part of her life memoirs, proudly produced by Red Mouse Design. She was a remarkable human being, not deterred by any setbacks.

It's been an incredibly busy few months. Red Mouse is humbled and grateful.

The journey walked with every author who decide to take the self-publication route is very precious as they are closely involved in every aspect - and the pure joy to deliver the final product in their hands is magic.

In the past few months, Red Mouse assisted prof Johan Cilliers in publishing his book The Chaos of Beauty - Reflections on Life, Aesthetics, and Practical Theology.

Recently done by Red Mouse Design & Publication as an Amazon e-pub and print version, is a work of fiction by debut author Richard Tomlinson.

First Violin is set in Vienna during World War II.

Klaus Lehner plays first violin for the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and when the concertmaster is amongst other Jews expelled from Philharmonic, he sees the opportunity for a position he covets. He is bitterly disappointed when he is passed over.

In the wake of his disappointment, Klaus’s lover Eva, a virtuoso cellist, urges him to become a soloist. To determine whether he is merely brilliant or can truly move an audience she tasks him with mastering difficult pieces by Bach and Paganini, and with fathering her baby – both of which he does.

Meanwhile, at home, Klaus’s wife Helga gives birth to their firstborn.

When Eva’s N**i husband finds out about the love affair, he has Klaus arrested and sent to a Mauthausen subcamp to supervise Ukrainian laborers. Amidst the suffering, Klaus composes a tone poem, Silence Interrupted, translating his nightmares into sound.

After the camp is liberated, Klaus returns to a war-torn Vienna devastated by American bombers and occupied by the Soviet army. He makes a living busking in front of the Soviet Vienna City Kommandatura. Klaus faces a choice between the two women he left behind.

Wat 'n lekker projek was dit nou nie!

Waardes vir kleintjies en kleuters, is 'n pragboek ontwikkel deur Kinderland Akademie, Wellington.

Die boek bevat 40 stories (10 vir elke kwartaal) met tien morele waardes wat per kwartaal behandel word. Die boek is ideaal vir voorskoolse opvoeders of selfs vir tuisgebruik deur Mamma of Pappa.

Dit is pragtig geïllustreer deur Jiggs Snaddon Wood en Heidi-Kate Greeff.
