What makes a page(Facebook) successful pila pila:

1.People get to it & Like but don't really follow it nor engage on it.

2.People Like but don't really read what you have posted.

3.People just go through it not paying attention.

4.Some are gender based meaning if is a guy it doesn't matter what's the page about is more female followers or Likes(Vice Versa).

5.We identify a successful page according to the number of followers or likes not by how active the creator is on it,you be getting over five thousand followers but you are rarely active on your page,you be getting less than five hundred followers but you are more active on your page.
Than they'd blame it on content.

6.You have more content but less followers,you don't have content at all but have more followers.

So someone do tell me what's the remedy in terms of having a SUCCESSFUL PAGE & how do you define a SUCCESSFUL PAGE?.

These are the kind of question one tends to ask when you hear such stories, abuse, r**e exist and when you hear the kind and the amount of horror one human inflicted on another is unbelievable, not easy to process nor comprehend and shocking to know and hear that someone did all of that in the name of love and one went through all of that in the name of love.

Montsho Mzilikazi Macbeth formally known as MaQue SA took his journey of music to another level.
_
The determination of this young man is outstanding his PC crashing losing all his projects and instead of losing hope and focus he came back stronger,Nearly 10 years on his music journey getting wrong deal offers he finally caught a deal that he felt is right and suitable for him and his music.
_
A young man from a township(Tlhabologang Coligny) that you wouldn't expect much greatness but he is among those who held and still holds his torch of greatness high,when they speak about a light at the end of the tunnel they speak about people like MaQue.2019 was full of fumbles and within all of that something amazing happened for him,him as an underground house music producer and also a vocalist his talent and sound earned him a contract from a label in Spain called Deep Clicks and right there he delivered what he personally consider it his first debut release EP under the label titled Bedroom Magic on the 14th of November and it definitely went international,his EP got played on Turner Ibiza Airwave radio(Ibizaliveradio.com),Galaxie online radio,Lars Behrenhoth radio host of the Deeper Shades Of House Music played Green Short(original mix) from MaQues EP on his show on his first hour mix talk about a WOW moment!.
Further more Overheat one of the records from his EP got featured on TOP 10 Chart of the frequently played top tracks on Deepinradio and it was on the number 1 spot.

They say what happens in the bedroom stays in the bedroom but somehow MaQue SA was like"no am not keeping it local am going international from the get go!",and things are looking pretty good for him.
_
His EP Bedroom Magic is inspired by his daily experiences and you can feel how real it from all three records(Green Short,Breakfast and Overheat).This is just the beginning for him and we wish him all the best and we can't wait to hear what more he has in store for us.

Women,mothers,grandmothers,bread winners,groomers who are out there putting it down for low wage but still go 110% on the job,Women who not only cook,clean and make sure that your house is in order but also women who play an important part on your child or children's lives.They not only maids or helpers but they are like Godmothers to your child and an important of your child's growth.

We rarely or never commend such women but today let's do just that.

Amantombazana's Empowerment

Thuto Tshwaraganelo organisation(situated in Coligny Tlhabologang between Ventersdorp and Lichtenburg) an organisation that keeps on executing change and empowerment brought another function that was purely about uplifting women in their community.
_
August being women's month it was a key engine to finally begin such functions whereby women come together and start creating a space where they can bond,communicate,network,empower and uplift each other. Amantombaza's Empowerment Women's Day Celebration by far is the first ever function to be held in their community that was purely about women,dedicated to women and by women. The most highlighted or brought up issues were gossip among women,the lack of support they have towards each other,negativity,supporting each other according to class,the continues behaviour of bringing each other down and the lack of activeness that women in their community have towards their ideas, job creations and the drive to succeed.

The motion and atmosphere was one. Women were there not for the sake of just being there but to finally hear the call,to hold each other and to build an unbreakable chain.
We've seen government officials and different individuals outside their community coming to their community with a motive of uplifting people there but on women's day 2019 the atmosphere was totally different from the once we've seen in their community before, it was somewhat a need for women of their community to voice themselves out or up to each other or towards each other woman to woman and not necessarily have someone or people outside their community to come out and say "hey women of Tlhabologang wake up" but they just needed a platform for themselves to literally tell each other "hey let's wake up and start doing things" and Thuto Tshwaraganelo brought that platform and the response was unexpectedly massive. For women in their community to be part of such functions they'd normally go to another place,town or city but this year Thuto Tshwaraganelo said no women of Tlhabologang we are not going anywhere we are going to hold such functions in our community, let's do it at home,let's finally plant a seed of it at home by ourselves for ourselves.

One of the speakers said something very groundbreaking"Dig the ground than call the government tell them that you did dug there and you need some assistance going forward and not sit there doing nothing complaining and demanding assistant to the government on an idea that you fail to implement yourself".
Amantombazana's Empowerment is
what they truly needed and we hoping that they will be more functions like that in their community. Big up to every single woman that attended,every speaker, every person involved in making the function a success Mapos entertainment,MO BASE and most importantly Thuto Tshwaraganelo organisation for being a wake-up call to its community.
