Muse News

Great news for expats. One of SA’s best foodie destinations, The Pot Luck Club, is heading to London for a three-month residency at The Waldorf Hilton. From now, the restaurant will take over the hotel’s flagship dining room, Homage, bringing its signature energy and bold, flavour-driven cuisine to the city. “We’ve talked about bringing The Pot Luck Club to London for years, and it was always the city that made sense,” says founder Luke Dale Roberts. “As a Brit, there’s something meaningful about returning in this way, partnering with one of London’s landmark hotels and sharing what we’ve built in Cape Town with a new audience.”

Muse PRESS PLAY CAPE

Join the African Table with

The Paarl winery’s immersive Dinner of Discovery series is taking wine lovers on an exhilarating sensory adventure, and it’s been a runaway success. The June and July editions were fully booked within days of being announced, and limited tickets now remain for the remaining dates in August and September.

But this isn’t your standard dinner and wine pairing.
Think blindfolds. Mystery wines. Unexpected aromas. Music that shifts your perception. A table in a place you can’t even imagine.
The journey begins the moment you arrive. A glass of award-winning wine is placed in your hand, but without your sense of sight, will you know if it’s red or white? When that visual cue is removed, your focus sharpens. Aromas bloom, textures come alive, flavours unfold in surprising ways.
You swirl. You sip. You taste differently. You feel differently. Suddenly, wine becomes a playground for the senses.
