🌧️🏝️ Not even the rain could stop this Bali adventure! 🇮🇩❤️

Looking back at another unforgettable day of our Indonesia honeymoon, we explored the beautiful Green Bowl Beach and the breathtaking Melasti Beach. Even though the weather wasn't on our side, it didn't stop us from making the most of every moment! 🌊

We picked up some snorkelling gear, explored local shops, enjoyed delicious local food, and after the rain finally eased, we were rewarded with the incredible scenery of Melasti Beach at low tide. The crystal-clear pools and towering cliffs made it one of the most beautiful beaches we visited during our trip. 😍🏖️

🏝️🇮🇩 Throwback to one of our favourite days exploring the beautiful beaches of Bali! ☀️🌊

From the stunning cliffs of Tegal Wangi Beach to the golden sands of Balangan Beach, this day was packed with unforgettable moments! We even had a close call when a wave nearly swept away our passports and money! 😱🌊

Later, we checked into the incredible Puri Pandawa Resort, where we were surprised with an upgrade to a private pool villa before ending the day at the breathtaking Pandawa and Melasti Beaches. 🌴🍹🏖️

🌴 Looking back at our first full morning in beautiful Bali! 🛵☀️

We started the day with an amazing breakfast at Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort & Spa, with so many delicious choices to enjoy. 🍳🥐☕

Later, our rented scooter was delivered to the hotel, and that was the beginning of our real Bali adventure—exploring the island together, discovering new places, and creating unforgettable honeymoon memories. ❤️🛵

✈️ Looking back at the first day of our unforgettable Indonesia honeymoon adventure! 🌴❤️

Our journey began with a long flight from Johannesburg to Singapore, before continuing to Denpasar, Bali. From there, we made our way to our first accommodation, the beautiful Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort, ready to begin nearly a month of exploring Indonesia. 🏝️

This trip took place as COVID-19 was beginning to spread around the world, which is why you’ll notice us and many other travellers already wearing masks during the journey.
