Job description:
✨ Half Day Post (08H00 - 13H00)
✨ Create social media posts; images/ graphics and write appropriate copies/ captions.
✨ Design posters, logos, other marketing graphics.
✨ Post on social media platforms for clients and manage social media communities (reply to comments/ messages etc).
✨ Post on local WhatsApp and facebook groups for clients to ensure local reach.
✨ Run paid adverts through meta for facebook/ instagram.
✨ Create and manage google business pages.
✨ Have meetings with clients to discuss marketing goals/ strategies.
✨ Daily communication with clients to ensure post accuracy.
✨ Office admin; emails, invoices, sending statements, arrange printing, follow up with payments.
✨ Monthly creation for social media calendars for clients.
✨ Come up with creative ideas for social media campaigns/ designs.
✨ Visit clients to take reels.
✨ Personal assistant activities- make coffee, run to the shops, arrange appointments etc.
