Don't mind me ..just some sexy servings for today's private luncheon...
Crumbed mushrooms, with a parsley cucumber creamed labneh and fresh sprout garnish.
Queen of Cajun prawns, on a bed of sourcream and garlic lemon reduction.
Vegetable and bean tomato soup, served with crispy charcoal sourdough dippers.
Fresh cod line fish, on a bed of garlic and butter steamed rice, fresh sprout salad and tangy Zambeziana sauce.
Sizzling slices of beef fillet, topped with garlic portobellimo mushroom sauce and crispy rosemary butter potato wedges.
Dessert was an Indian saffron rice pudding called Kheer, with almond slices, coconut cream and cardamom 🤤
