Nearly 6,000 South African families earning under R34,000 a month are now homeowners — thanks to R3.3 billion in affordable-housing loans approved by FNB in the past year. As of this morning, 3 November, the PPRA has announced its decision to temporarily suspend enforcement of regulations relating to arrangements between agents and HOAs.
