Congratulations to our very own Doc Jacques Johannes

Over the past weekend, I had the honour of graduating with my 2ND!!! PhD in Transformational Leadership and Education, a milestone that reflects dedication, sacrifice, and purpose.

I express my sincere gratitude to my professor and supervisor for their guidance and academic support. My deepest thanks go to God Almighty, whose strength and grace carried me throughout this journey. I also honour my awesome Wife, family ,friends and all who supported and believed in me.

Transformational Leadership teaches that real change begins within. When leaders embrace integrity, purpose, and service, they become catalysts who uplift others, shape thinking, and build strong communities. Education, when paired with transformational leadership, becomes a tool that forms identity, unlocks potential, and inspires long-term growth.

Transformation happens first in the heart of the leader. As inner values shift, the leader becomes a source of clarity, courage, and empowerment for others. This inward shift shapes behaviour, strengthens resilience, and creates an environment where people rise above limitations. In this way, leadership and education work together to build people, shape futures, and influence society for the better.
