I'm Gilbert Ng'ombe, born and raised in Kaphale Village, Mangwe Ward. My roots run deep in this community, with both parents residing in Mangwe. My educational journey includes:

- Mangwe Primary School
- Nsadzu Basic School
- St. Mary's Junior Seminary (Msupazi)
- Diploma in Business Administration (NIPA)
- Degree in Business Administration (DMI St. Eugene University)
- Certificate in Pension and Insurance

- Improving irrigation infrastructure, through global partnerships and CDF
- Having a trade school to promote agricultural courses which will equipt youths to have value in the farming.
- Improve the roads network and infrastructures.
- Improve all the trade markets into increase council incomes.
- Engage stakeholders on how can create dryport at chanida for trucks intering and leaving our border to enhance more revenues and safety .
- Improve water articulation in the communities
