Every profession has a code of conduct. You can’t be a nurse and behave like a JERABO it doesn’t work like that.
The ARMY has a code of conduct. TEACHERS have a code of conduct.
She wasn’t punished for being excited, but for how she expressed that excitement. Why not celebrate without using insults?
Acting like you graduated from YAKAIPA NURSING SCHOOL or PAUL MUSHINDO UNIVERSITY doesn’t excuse unprofessional behavior.
She was singing along to a KANYE WEST song and even used the F-word. That kind of language is unacceptable.
There are certain behaviors we choose not to display publicly for the sake of our profession.
If you break the code of conduct, you will be disciplined. Nobody is above those rules.
As the BEMBAS say, “Insansa shinya ubulanda”there’s a limit to everything.
And in TONGA, they say, “Kuli bonesha Tupac bakamujaya.”
She wasn’t punished unfairly , she was wrong, and she must apologize.
