HAKAINDE HICHILEMA ESCAPED DEATH IN CHINGOLA.

It was during the difficult days of the PF government when fear ruled the streets and courage was rare.In the mining town of Chingola, Hakainde Hichilema now the President of Zambia escaped death by inches. A police officer had fired a bullet on HH vehicle near the Civic Centre, forcing him to flee for his life.

When no one dared to offer him shelter, one brave woman stepped forward Mrs. Mushimbwa Gardner a respected lodge owner known for her kindness and strong spirit. Despite the danger, she opened her doors and said the words that would be remembered forever:

Bring him to my lodge. If he is to die, we die together.

For three tense days, Mrs. Gardner hid HH at her lodge, refusing to bow to fear.Thousands of UPND youths and community members surrounded the building, determined to protect both their leader and the woman who risked everything for him.

Mrs. Gardner knew she could lose her business or even her life but she didn’t hesitate. Her only dream was to see Hakainde Hichilema one day walk through the gates of State House.

Today, she is remembered as the Iron Lady of Chingola a woman whose courage, loyalty, and sacrifice helped shape history,

We're requesting the Chingola Municipal Council through the able leadership of Johnson M Kang’ombe - Chingola Mayor to also honour her as a freewoman of Chingola like they did to Mr Mwee.

✍️

The Ghost of Chingola is Here to Collect Its Debt.

Let’s be brutally honest. The UPND’s Copperbelt leadership is clutching its head, nursing a political migraine of seismic proportions. And the name of this headache is Marky 2.

He isn't just a candidate; he is a symptom. A living, breathing embodiment of a promise broken. He has done what any sharp political strategist would: he has taken a scalpel and expertly dissected the UPND’s greatest weakness, and found it rotting from the inside with one word: GREED.

You were given the keys to the city on a silver platter. Chingola did not vote for you. Let that sink in. They voted against the PF. It was a protest vote, a cry of pain from suppliers strangled by Milingo Lungu, from miners facing uncertainty, and from the jerabo whose livelihoods were tied to the OB19 you so conveniently demonised.

We handed you a weapon to punish our oppressors, and you turned it on us.

The very youth who chanted your name, who braved the sun and the intimidation, what did they get? The crumbs? No. They got the sight of you and your inner circle feasting on the spoils of their victory. You sold OB19 and shared among yourselves, creating a new elite while the ones who fought for you were left with empty pockets and broken dreams. You forgot the cardinal rule: the hand that gives the vote can take it away.

And who advised this su***de mission? To start fighting the very influential people who helped sway the tide? You listened to "commanders" whose only notable influence is their ability to get themselves a prison cell. You alienated and fought people that fought PF day and night for you, you attacked, and you assumed the loyalty of Chingola was a lifetime subscription.

You were wrong.

Chingola came through for you. We were the engine room for that historic one-million-vote margin. And you have repaid that sacrifice with arrogance and exclusion.

Now, Marky 2 stands tall.

"Something strange happened to me this morning I'm still shaking 😭 I'm the man in the dark T-shirt. I was on my way to work when I met this lady behind me by the roadside.

She wasn't talking, but from the look on her face, she was in intense discomfort. She spent time waiting for a taxi, but due to her condition, no taxi was willing to take her. When I noticed this, I quickly rushed down & pleaded with some people to help me take her to my car.
While driving to the hospital, she was restless, crying out, & uncomfortable. To be honest, I was so worried. So many things were going through my mind, like, 'What will I tell people if anything goes wrong?'

I increased speed & was very steady & focused on the road; the crying out was getting intense. It was getting nerve-wracking. Just then, I tried looking behind, & I noticed she was trying to help herself deliver the baby. Before I knew it, she had given birth to a baby right there in my car, & she kept saying, 'It's remaining another one.' At this point, I didn't know if I should park or proceed to the hospital, but for sure i was terrified.

I had to muscle up all my safety & first aid training to continue the journey. We arrived at the hospital safely, & the nurses were very swift in attending to her. To the glory of God, within a few minutes, she gave birth to the second boy. The twins & the mother are doing very well now, & she wouldn't stop shedding tears of joy & thanking me for my kind gesture. But me? I'm still in shock & amazement. Each time I remember how I drove, I just couldn't hold back the tears that rushed down from my eyes.

Thank you, Almighty God, for using me for this woman & her twin babies. Now I'm a Godfather to the lovely twin boys!"

Our children in Nchanga Constituency carry the future of Chingola in their school bags. But for too many, that bag is empty, or the path to school is too difficult.

That ends with us.

Our children in Nchanga deserve a fair shot at a bright future, no matter their background. So let's invest in our greatest asset: our children. Because when they succeed, all of Nchanga succeeds.

As your aspiring Member of Parliament, I am committed to a future where every child, from Kapisha to Kamba.. nokwashala konse, has the tools to learn and thrive.

My plan is clear:
✅Sustainable School Supplies: Instituting a consistent 'Education Starter Pack' for learners in our poorest communities.
✅Supporting the Heroes: Working with our dedicated teachers to ensure they have what they need to shape young minds.
✅Safe Learning Spaces: Advocating for better classroom infrastructure and adequate attention.

Our children's potential is not the problem; ni lack of opportunity. Let's build that opportunity, together.
