A man was walking past a tall wall fence where mentally ill patients in Chainama were enclosed. As he was walking along, he heard some loud shouting from inside counting, "Thirteen! Thirteen! Thirteen! Thirteen!
Curious to know what was happening, the man tried to peep through the tall wall fence but could not find an opening. Later, he managed to find the only opening on the wall and was happy at last he would be able to see what was happening. As he tried to Peep through, he felt a sharp object suddenly pricked into his eye and the count inside changed to "fourteen!fourteen!fourteen!fourteen!" Since then, he learnt to mind his own business.
