Schools reopened on the 4th of September, 2023. But were required to report on the 3rd of September in readiness for lessons on Monday.
About 500 pupils reported on the 3rd of September and illegal items were confisticated ,at the gate upon arrival. These include; indecent clothes and foods such as jiggies, noodles, spice, cooking oil etc, during screening of their personal property as stared in the school rules.
On the 4th, the opening assembly was held in the school hall and the headteacher welcomed all the pupils and announced that all late comers will be punished and no pupils will be screened or attended to during class time because normal learning would have had started.
