*ZAMBIA ASSOCIATION IN SOUTH AFRICA (ZASA).*
*PUBLIC SAFETY ADVISORY.*
Date: 30 June 2026.
To: *All ZASA Members and the Zambian Community in South Africa.*
The Zambia Association in South Africa (ZASA) wishes to advise all its members and Zambians living across South Africa that a number of public marches are expected to take place today in various areas.
All members are strongly encouraged to remain vigilant and avoid the areas identified in yesterday's advisory. Your safety and security should remain your highest priority.
Where movement is unavoidable, please exercise extreme caution, remain alert, and take all necessary security precautions. If there is no urgent need to move, you are advised to remain at home or in a safe place until the situation has normalised.
To all ZASA members across South Africa, we encourage you to continue being our eyes and ears on the ground. Should you witness any incidents or security concerns, please report them promptly with clear and factual details, including the location, time, nature of the incident, and whether you and those around you are safe.
We further urge everyone to remain calm, avoid unnecessary movement in affected areas, and refrain from sharing unverified information. Please rely on official communication channels and verified sources for updates.
Together, through vigilance, responsible conduct, and timely communication, we can help safeguard our community.
*Stay alert. Stay safe. Stay united.*
